Teena Lyle is an extremely talented musician, known for her work as a percussionist with many well known artists. As a busy touring musician, Teena was introduced to the healing qualities of sound and reiki therapies when battling breast cancer in 2015.
Four years ago, she found her calling and trained as a sound therapist and now helps others find peace and tranquillity.
With a growing range of Sonic Energy instruments and sounds available you can experience the benefits of Sound Therapy in your own home. Supported by Meinl, we ll have a range of instruments on hand for you to try out.
During this event Teena will demonstrate techniques used to create the relaxing, calming Sonic Energy sounds and answer questions about the world of Sound Therapy.
